Our Operations Approach

Step 1: Sales Handoff

Your sales executive will connect you with the Shoreline operations team to schedule your onboarding meeting.

Step 3: Claim submission review

After your initial onboarding call, you’ll submit your first two claim submissions to the operations team via email for review.

Step 5: Portal Access & Live Submission

After your client portal walkthrough meeting, you will receive portal access and may begin to submit claims through our live submission portal. 

Step 2: Meet your team & Onboard with Shoreline

You’ll meet your Shoreline Operations Executive and walk through the submission process. 

Step 4: Client Portal Walkthrough

Upon review of initial claim submissions, your Shoreline operations executive will schedule a walkthrough meeting to go through the Client Portal.
