Our Operations Approach

Step 1: Sales Handoff

Your sales executive will connect you with the Shoreline operations team to schedule your onboarding meeting.

Step 3: Portal Access & Live Submission

After your onboarding call, you will receive portal access and may begin to submit claims through our live submission portal.

Step 5: Confirmation of Coverage

Once approved, Shoreline sends confirmation of coverage to the practice via email for that billing submission.

Step 2: Meet your team & Onboard with Shoreline

You’ll meet your Shoreline Operations Executive and walk through the submission process.

Step 4: Documentation Review

Shoreline receives documents submitted through the submission portal and works with you to correct any required missing criteria.
